This article will let you know how to find the Windows 10 product key using different methods. Windows 10 product or license key is a 25-digit alphanumeric code to activate your installed windows. Your windows might be activated either by a 25-digit product key or a digital license. Newer computers that are coming nowadays have Windows preinstalled, and the windows product key is stored in bios so that it doesn’t get erased from the sticker from the back of the computer.
Older laptops came with a sticker with a product key printed on them. In newer computers, you just need to turn on your new computer and start setting it up. You will need to create or sign in with your existing Microsoft account, and the product key stored in bios is attached digitally to your Microsoft account. Digital licenses are associated with your hardware and linked to your Microsoft account, so there’s no need to find a product key on your PC.
